Designing our custom Central Florida homes is one of the best parts of the homebuilding process. We've got a few paint colors that we keep in our portfolio, and have become our go-to paint colors of 2017.
We've got two, go-to paint colors of 2019, and both are in the gray families - which has been a constant theme in 2019. (along with white kitchen cabinets!)
The first is, Revere Pewter (Benjamin Moore/HC-172) This has to be by far, Benjamin Moore's most popular paint color. It's timeless and so versatile. So if you're looking for an easy choice, give Revere Pewter a try! We use this for most of all of our interiors in our Summerpark Homes.
Next up is our close second, Repose Gray (Sherwin Williams/SW-7015) This color was also featured on Joanna Gaines' top five favorite fixer-upper paint colors.
Simple equation, if Joanna likes it - Summerpark Homes likes it. Repose Gray is the perfect paint color for almost any room. It's a soft, light gray that has a soft and super subtle undertone of brown.
We give both of these colors the Summerpark Homes stamp of approval. So if you're looking for the perfect paint color to freshen up your home - you can't go wrong with Repose Gray or Revere Pewter!
